As a Security Officer at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety and well-being of everyone on property. Located in the heart of downtown and steps from the Superdome, our hotel hosts major conventions, events, and travelers from around the world - making our security team essential to delivering peace of mind and exceptional hospitality. This is an overnight position. What You'll Do - Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and assets
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
- Document and report all security-related activity accurately and thoroughly
- Assist guests and team members with directions, escorts, and general safety needs
- Monitor surveillance systems and access points to maintain secure operations
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and local authorities when necessary
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures with professionalism and fairness

Qualifications What We're Looking For - Ability to remain calm, observant, and professional in high-pressure situations
